This dance was "dance of the year" in 1996 and is still a popular favourite with many line dancers.
Step Summary:
Starting with weight on left, kick right foot forward twice, then do a triple step (or cha cha step), RLR in place. Repeat with left foot leading.
"Two little turns": Step forward onto right, swivel weight an eighth of a turn towards your left. Repeat, so that you have made a quarter turn left over four beats. End with weight on left foot.
"Black Coffee": Rock forward onto right, replace weight on left. Make half a turn right, shuffling RLR. Repeat, with left foot leading. End with weight on left.
"Heels": Heel switches, R, L, R, and clap.
"Shimmy!": Step right, transfer your weight onto right as you bring your left foot to meet your right, shaking your shoulders as you move. (Four beats). You may want to clap as you complete the move. Repeat.
"Vine left": grapevine left with a scuff.
"Clicks": Now move to your right, stepping out to the right (pause and click fingers at shoulder height), cross left behind right (pause and click fingers behind hips), step out to the right (click up), cross left in front of right (click down).
Finish the dance with two pivot turns: Step forward onto right and pivot turn over your left shoulder (weight goes down on left) and repeat. You end with your weight on left, ready to start the dance again with kick, kick, triple step.
